The room was big. Bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect especially to the convention center which was a easy walk.

The location of the property was lovely if your focus was on the Seaport for Boston. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the linens, and the towels etc. were wonderful. The wifi was fast, my son loved that he could watch youtube for the short bits we were in the room on the TV instead of his computer. I loved that they used very high quality Aveda products, and that we were told and encouraged to use a required resort cost at any of the restaurants on property as a credit back to the room. We picked up snacks and drinks from the Starbucks, and didn't have to incur any additional costs.

It’s in a good location and the room we were in was sufficiently big. The wardrobe could be bigger though. The front desk staff and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Our room needs a bit updating especially the bathroom where the wall mirror was badly rooted and chipped. The safe was situated right above the fridge which got very hot and with everything we stored in the safe getting very warm/almost toasty. I could not store my pearl earrings and necklace in the safe, fearing it will damage it. I had to lock it in my case. The gym was good but the pool was very narrow and shallow , only 3.3 ft deep that I couldn’t do laps in it, especially when there kids in it t as well.

El área del desayuno es extremadamente pequeña (con MUY pocas mesas y capacidad) para un hotel TAN grande y con tantas habitaciones. Hay q anotarse/registrarse y esperar que se libere lugar para desayunar. Eso me molesta muchísimo. Adicionalmente, el desayuno NO es buffet sino que es a la carta. Lo más lindo que tiene el hecho de hospedarse en un hotel es justamente eso!!!!!.....el desayuno estilo buffet!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean, quick elevators, nice lap pool, whirl pool sauna. Very helpful staff.

The facilities and the staff are wonderful

Not really about the property, but we had an incident last night about a fire in some room and we were a little scared.

The staff was very congenial and the room was clean and comfortable. We were taking a cruise, so the location was convenient.

I have never paid so much for a hotel room in my life, and hope never to again.

It was an updated, clean and well located hotel. We loved the staff and the view from our room overlooking the water.

The down pillows are way to flat & soft.

The Renaissance had modern facilities and was spotless. From the front desk to room service staff, all were excellent and attentive! We also enjoyed the best water pressure ever in our shower!

The rooms were nice and comfortable.

That when I booked the room for the club levels, no one bothered to tell us they don’t open the club level amenities on the weekends. If I had known that I was not done club level.

Hotel is close to transit station and it's convenient to visit downtown Boston. The fitness center is excellent and fresh fruits and water are provided every day.
