Great clean, safe property. Very pleased with our stay!
The breakfast was iffy at best. Thankfully ours got taken care of, but if we would have had to paid the $15.95 per person I would have been frustrated. Either make it complementary or just do away with breakfast.

It was close to everything that we needed to go to the rooms were very clean
The staff was kind of OK they wouldn’t really friendly and then it was a mixup on our rooms and I just feel like they need to clean up more. The lobby was dirty. The floors need to be mop and the furniture needed to be dusted off, and the elevator was dirty and needed to be clean And they didn’t have enough supplies like we went to get towels and they kept saying they were in the dryer and then when we were out of the water and snacks they didn’t have too many snacks and the little store they were out of everything every time we ask for something

Staff was very pleasant.
Pillows were lumpy. We wanted a hotel w restaurant, but it was not yet remodeled and opened. Pool had standing water all around. Our room had construction that was not yet complete - loose boards. Definitely a disappointment.

Guest laundry facilities were not open, was definitely a downer after not getting back from fields until midnight.

Definitely not worth the $694 I paid. The paint was peeling on the walls, shower head was barely attached, trash was never took out that includes trash laying all around the trash cans available. The front desk staff was lazy and wouldn’t change trash. The whole place was dirty. Pool and bar are was closed. Breakfast looked like it had been cooked 2 wks ago and nasty! Refrigerator in our room didn’t work so we had to use our cooler and none of the ice machines never worked so had to buy ice the whole trip. I’m not one to complain as we travel a lot but this hotel was absolutely horrible. Not to mention the front desk lady had her kids there giving them free food from vend machines and they were running round wild while she sat there on her phone. Very unprofessional

Staff was nice and it was quiet.
The property was under construction and we weren’t aware until we arrived. Very dirty and smelled like a toilet over flowed in the hallway on the second floor. The night stand was dirty in our room and so was the air conditioner. The thermostat was in the front of the room and the actual air conditioner towards the back so you were either freezing cold or burning up.

The renovation that is going on at the hotel was not disclosed properly. No restaurant. No working ice machines on any floor. Rooms not properly cleaned. Key cards having to be reprogrammed, never being able to speak with a manager, never there. Supposedly also managing the next door Hilton. Some staff rude and not helpful
The beds are way too high off the ground for children and elderly to easily get in them. Renovations are shoddy. Sink stopper not attached, new tub surround but old tub left. Sheets stained. Elevator floors awful. Room filled with too much large furniture. Luggage carts have not been maintained. Flat tire on one, non-turning tires on the other. No freezer in the replacement refrigerators in the renovated units. Constant smell of marijuana in the halls.

I can’t really say much about the property as they cancelled my reservation the night before we were check in.
We hade solid reservations and I exclusively try to stay at IHG properties both for personal and work purposes. Below is the only contact we had the night before check in. Without any options.

Tulsa was booked. We had to take the only to rooms in a “crime scene “ hotel in replacement, then upon arriving, we could not stay there, luckily Sonny at your avid hotel made a couple rooms possible.

Not very much. We were very dissatisfied with our experience.
The pool was closed and we were not told anything before our stay or even at check in. It was a big factor in choosing this hotel and we would not have stayed here if we had known. I never got my deposit back and I never got my refund they told me I could have because of the inconvenience. Booking has tried to get in contact with them and has been unable to. Also the main elevator entrance was closed as well and we had to use the maintenance entrance. There was a big nasty, smelly dumpster right next to the elevator entrance so you had to smell trash while you waited for the elevator. Gross.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the layout of our room. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great.
The only complaint would be the pool was cold. We would have liked for it to be heated. Or have a hot tub, which they did not.

My son had bites all over him when he woke up. Not sure what it was from . A dog was barking in a room close to ours all night. The breakfast was limited. Hotel is being renovated and the elevator area is plainly just creepy.
