Location

Staff not very friendly. Paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom and room, blinds stained and broken, hand rail on tub pulling away from wall. Kitchen ran out of forks and only had spoons available, kitchen serving area infested with ants, crawling on pancake machine and in syrup. Pool was clean, but the pool area was in need of repair.

The hotel called me when we were two miles from the hotel and said you should not have sent me a confirmation, it put them into being overbooked. They did not have a room for us and did not let me know until a little before 4 p.m. i had to scramble to get a new hotel.

I booked 2 queen beds and when I arrived it was 1 king bed!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!! I want a Refund! The lights in the room were awful or didn’t even work. The breakfast was fine, None of the staff cared that it was the wrong room, I booked in advance and I was told I was only getting what was available! I will never b back, and we have a lot of our cheer team that stayed there and they won’t b back either for the way y’all treated me. I paid $200 for someone to sleep on a hard couch that didn’t pull out to make a bed!!!!!! Awful Service!!

There was a large crusty white stain on top of one of the comforters & stains in the office chair. The blinds on the window are not in good working order.

Cleanliness was terrible. Had to change rooms because sheets were not changed from previous guest, next room had toilet paper in the toilet, seat was up, light was on and the TV was turned on and loud. Hotel clerk was hateful to us and didn't apologize. My youngest daughter found a vape on top.of the headboard. the sheets were stained with mildew. Never staying again

bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, hot tub was advertised but there wasn’t a hot tub, the shower curtain was too far out from the shower and didn’t keep water from flooding the floor
