The location as well as the prompt, helpful and Service of all staff was exceptional.

The room matress, wallpaper, decor and electronics do not appear to have been updated In at least 20 years. Simple additions like USB/USB-C enabled outlets and televisions with the ability to login to personal streaming services would be more in keeping with hotels we’ve enjoyed around the globe in the past 5 years. Upgrading the mattress and pillows (all down/down-like- none were firmer) is another recommendation I’d suggest. Finally, a lighter/brighter design scheme that felt more like 2024 and less like 2004 is something I’d to see in hotels of this caliber.

Location was perfect! Staff was above and beyond. Will be returning.

Didn’t realize it was right off of a busy road but it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable enough to bring our dog so it wasn’t too cramps for him to be with us. Liked it too that we were at the end, right by the exit door so easy access to the outside for him to potty. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine and the waitress as well as all the staff that assisted us were too notch. We will definitely recommend the hotel.

Breakfast a bit too pricey for the selection. Think continental or the a la carte should be under 10 with tax and tip.

Pillows had no support. The breakfast was extremely overpriced, considering the food had been sitting long enough to crust and the fruit had turned brown.

Location was great, the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel was good, the rooms were clean and newer, this staff was exceptionally nice. My dog was treated very well, they even gave him a dog biscuit when they gave us cookies!

Only one elevator

the room was clean and ready when we arrived. my kids loved the warm cookies on arrival.

the beds were not very comfortable and the couch didn’t have any throw pillows to lean on. our toilet clogged during the night.
