Great view of RUPP ARENA/Triangle Park. The location was across the street from Lex Live Entertainment Center, which boasts Sports bar/grille w/massive TV screens all over, bowling, arcade for kids and a movie theatre with power reclining seating. Hotel was clean and the included breakfast(extra $) was buffet, and made to order omelet bar. It was very, very good!!

Overpriced. But then again, no downtown hotels are economical

The location

When we first arrived, the assistant manager was not a people person.... then we went to our room, and the toilet seat was basically hanging off the bowl. The wallpaper in the room was coming down. When I took my 11 year old son to the pool, there was so much paint peeling off the ceiling that the area looked as if it should be closed down... Not at all what I expected from a Hilton.

The location was perfect because we were at the concert across the street. I did feel it needs a little upgrading, especially for the price that you are charging

The price of the room

I loved the view after i was moved to a room with a view that matched the cost.

They had a tattoo expo and it was very loud and too close to our room so we heard it all. The parking charge was unacceptable.

I loved how it had restaurants and bar there. The pool and hot tub and work out center was nice also.

I came to stay because the Hilton was the closest to the Dr I had to meet. During check in the front desk seemed to have issue with me. And I don't know if it was because I had 2 of my grand children or not. But while waiting on the gentleman in front of me she seemed very happy and explain the whole hotel and parking to him. When it was my turn she seemed to keep her head down asked if I was using credit card on file. After she got the keys together she asked if I parked in the garage or did I do valet parking. When I explained I did self parking she handed my keys and said elevator behind you and walked away. Didn't say anything else and walked away. She didn't explain to me about the restaurant or anything else. The next morning I had to ask about the parking and why I was charge 25.00 when it stated 15.00. Also I was charge a different price than the one I was giving by booking for my room. Little was she aware it was my first time ever being there and I was there already nervous for the procedure I had to have done. All I know is the Hilton was very nice but I won't ever stay there again due to the front desk attitude towards me.

Hotel felt run down and unattended. Used plate on my floor was on the table by elevators for the entire stay. Cafe shut down on Sunday morning. Entire facility looked dingy. I will not return.
