Breakfast was good and staff was nice and helpful.

Our room was dirty, I bought cleaning wipes to clean it my self. Floor was not vacuumed and there was Cheerios and toys under the couch and behind and on the bed rails from previous people. The floors were dirty and there was a greasy film on my head board.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was what we expected.

even though there was signage asking for quiet in the halls from 10-8. Asking for quiet in the halls, around 2:00 in the morning there were people in the hall on the second floor, laughing and speaking very loud. Because of this issue I will not be staying there on our way home from South Carolina

I don't like keep going to to tell them that there is kids running around over my head I had to tell them 3 times before I requested to be moved

Exceptionally clean and fresh. Incredibly, comfortable mattresses. Extra room for belongings and luggage.

Not many restaurant choices in the area.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the homemade cookies put out at night were delicious.

There was no water in the hotel from 8 pm to 2 pm. We were not told this when we checked in. My husband needed water- he had terminal cancer and needs water to put in his tube with medications. I did get a free bottle of water but we were given no discount for this very serious problem that went on for all those hours. The whole city of Exmore was without water. We really should have been told at check- in.

So many flies in the lobby and dining area. Couldn't even eat the free breakfast. Being attacked by 20 flies and landing on the food. Pool area was okay but freezing on a hot summer day. Past people's things were left in the room.

The room was great. The bed was too high and I had to climb up from a chair. I learned the next morning that they would have provided a stool if needed.
