Room was clean, comfortable and a generous size.

Lots of parking space. Check-in was quick. The lady was friendly and even looked up my IHG membership number. Room was huge for two people. Most comfortable beds. Coffee and tea in room. All-you-can-eat breakfast included a choice of everything that you ever ate for breakfast at home or at a restaurant. Checkout was as simple as dropping your room key into a jar.

I booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub I thought but when we arrived they said because of overbooking they changed my room,I was kinda odd upset it was for my daughter and her birthday but we still had a great time!

Because it's connected to a splash park not only is the cost to stay higher, but also there is no pool or hot tub to use unless you pay extra.

While it was nice to see families enjoying a special outing, breakfast was very crowded and noisy. It's a very nice place, but perhaps not the destination of choice for those who only want a bed and breakfast..

proximity to I-90. my room was clean and nicely appointed. carpet looked new. room was quiet. breakfast offerings were numerous, hot items were plentiful and frequently restocked. staff were very friendly

shower pressure wasn’t very strong and having to step into a deep jacuzzi to shower wasn’t easy. Didn’t use the jacuzzi and would have preferred a walk in shower. The hotel was very full and parking was a problem. Had difficulty finding a place to park and when I finally did it was quite a distance away, which made hauling luggage difficult. due to proximity to indoor water park, there were lots of families with children, which made things crazy busy especially at check in, where there was a line.

If you're traveling Splash Lagoon - it's direct access from hotel

Unfriendly stuff, very poor breakfast, unorganized dinning room. Very small lobby, at 4PM many families with a kids coming from the Splash Lagoon and waiting long time for check-in next to outside door that opens every few minutes.

Breakfast! Also our room was very clean, big, and comfortable.

The walls are very thin, also we were on the first floor and the people above us were ripping and running until 1 AM.

Our room was generously large, with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, with plenty of space around plus a small table & chairs, bureau and desk. Also a small area with sink and microwave and coffee maker was handy. Bedding was fresh and soft. Matresses comfortable. Bathroom fine with a huge tub (wish I could have tried it out!) great value!

There was a generous breakfast buffet. But there was room for improvement. It would be nice to have had a non-dairy milk option for cereal and coffee/tea. Orange juice was just water. My grandson wished for waffles, but was ok with pancakes. Overall it was fine, but a few additions would have made it better.

breakfast was o.k. by the time you sat down to eat it was cold. The butter was not located near the toaster. The room was comfortable. The heater was obnoxiously loud and when you sat on the toilet it wobbled. The jetted tub was a bonus.
