Good food but almost the same every day.

Walk in to check in and the computer system crash. The lady at the counter don’t said a word . So I has to ask what happen and then she explained was going on. Told to come back like an hour or so. No good impresión to start with.

I was very dissatisfied, I paid premium price for a loud no TV functional room. We did not get our room cleaned and then was told I had to request that each day.

Kids ran wild the entire time we were there. Absolutely ridiculous to pay what we did for our room.

The room was very clean and smelled so good. They also had Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner so I didn't have to use my own.

I can't say anything bad except one of the elevators were sketchy. It was definitely scary and we got off of it and waited for the other one. Overall though it was very nice place to stay.

Breakfast was great and Donna was the best!! She took great care of us.

Pool closed for repairs but obviously nothing staff controlled.

The hotel was close to the airport and the staff at the front desk was very accommodating to me and my family.

Breakfast option was very limited and not the greatest :(

The bathtub was drity, the breakfast was under cooked, and nasty. There were people a and kids running up and down halls all night couldn't get any sleep.

loose toilet seat, truck/boat parking was a little tight. Outdoor electrical connection was being sprayed by sprinklers when trying to disconnect. Even at this price point, people still “smoking” in their rooms.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was top notch. Cleanliness was great.

The mattress was extremely soft, as were the pillows. We rolled out the couch bed and slept on it which was an improvement but still not what we would've liked.
