Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The food was Fresh. The dining area was clean and the atmosphere was pleasing. and the Hostess was great.

I was expecting the rooms they had for pets would be no carpet in case of accidents or spills. We was located on the ground floor in which I don't care for that much.

This hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and I needed one that provided shuttle service. They did. Staff was courteous when asked a question but did not offer anything up that may have assisted in easing my travel. The room was clean.

I used this hotel for the main purpose of the airport transportation. I was staying as a single female, and I must say I didn't sleep a wink. The door to my room locked but had clearly been pried open more than once. The walls are extremely thin. Therefore, you hear everything. Including outside noise, lobby noise (where I was located), and several nearby rooms TVs. The room had been attempted to be updated. All I can say is the shower was nice and it was cleaned well. There was not even a hair dryer. I attempted to call the front desk to see if they had one, but nobody answered. So, a night with a wet head, 4:30am shuttle to the airport that I had to call a number at the desk for AND my hair was still damp from the previous nights shower and no sleep... Best Western Richmond Airport will not be on my list of accommodations to return to. I did make my flight though....thank goodness.

location was great, pet friendly, a plus, price was good. Very nice to have the breakfast available. Shuttle was available if needed, we did not.

Staff might have been a little more friendly. There wasn't much to dislike, maybe a few updates, a good cleaning throughout. :-)

I liked the room price. The employees were helpful and friendly.The location was near my work destination. The breakfast was a nice surprise.

The overall stay was great but the beds could be better and the room I stayed in needs painted.

The staff was really helpful i pulled over because the rain and wind was getting crazy with 4 cranky kids and they got us right in. the breakfast was really good.

It was very comfortable and just what we needed for a one night stay before the rest of the travels.

That there was computer issues when we arrived and they assured us we had paid and everything was fine. The lovely guy at the front desk even said that if it wasn’t they would just sort it out at check out the next day. To our frustration, after a full days flying and 5 hour time difference we were in bed by 8pm, there was a knock at our door at 11:00pm - the same guy who told us we could pay in the morning, his manager/owner returned and made him come demand the money. Frustratingly we went down and paid it and the poor guy felt so bad. Next time the manager should get his self upstairs and request this or just wait till a respectable time to wake the guests.

Location was good

The staff was great except for one lady who had an attitude everyday… She is the one that had her young daughter there… i think she was the executive housekeeper… Her attitude was horrible..
