The location to my job.

It rained inside the building. Large black gnats/ fruit flies were everywhere in the breakfast area! My room had brown stains on the walls and the bathroom had mold!!The fire detector was broken and hanging from the ceiling! People partied in the parking lot all night and I couldn’t sleep!

Customer service was really good. A new lady working at the desk was able to get my dad's room changed due to the TV not working in his room. She also moved him to the first floor, which was great because a tornado came through wiping out the electricity, he would've really had trouble getting down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Thank you Cierra!!

The rooms need updates, several light bulbs were out, and the hallway smelled.

It didn’t look like the room was cleaned prior to me coming. The toilet was also backed up so I couldn’t use the restroom.

The only thing I liked was the location

The property was very uncomfortable, the ceiling was falling apart in the shower, the beds were uncomfortable and the elevator didn’t work.

Previous reviews are 100% accurate. Staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable, carpets are filthy, if you request no room service/cleaning the first time, they do not return for your entire stay. Took out our own trash to where house keeping was putting theirs close to elevator. It stayed for 2 days there. Saving grace, beds were comfy and we new what to expect from previous reviews. Affordable place to sleep.

The carpets are unbelievably filthy and this is the only way to describe them. We had a 2 year old with us and the bottom of her feet were black from walking on the carpets in a matter of moments. I would also recommend you take a look at the tile in your bathrooms. Cracking and has mold. Wondered how clean the tub really was, but grand daughter need bath, wasn’t going to put her in bed with filthy feet.

That it was Easy to check in and check out without no difficulty
