The sauna and pool didn't have adequate chlorine. The water smelled stagnant. For safety, it should be well chlorinated.

Room needs a refresh and some deep cleaning in the bathroom. Window had torn sheer curtain, mattress was dated, and stains on bathroom walls. Just a dated feeling in the room

the hot tub was not working and the heated pool was also not heated. it was freezing cold and we couldn’t swim which is the main reason we stayed here. but I was not told till after paying n going to pool they were both broken. the also had no heat on inside the pool n hot tub room which didn’t help. the children froze trying to swim. we were very disappointed

Erika at the front desk was wonderful!

AC didn’t work on in our initial room but Erika moved us quickly. The next room the lights flickered, elevator stopped working and the toilet was clogged. Pool has been out of service for close to two years and nothing was shared on the website about the pool being out of service.

I liked the location of the room and layout, very cozy and simple. All amenities worked properly and were in good, clean conditions. Staff was very helpful, patient, and kind when dealing with everything between booking to when I left.

No towel rack by the sink, hadn’t realized this before washing my hands but was able to use the shower handle towel.

Property was not clean and there were several maintenance issues in the room. Room curtains were torn, shower door bar was missing, end clips for missing shower door bar were still attached to door causing a safety issue when getting in and out of shower. Reported issues to front desk and maintenance was notified. He only removed one of the shower door clips. He told me that he did not have any replacement shower door bars or replacement window curtains. He also noted that the hotel was not going to spend any money on maintenance since they were going to be remodeled in September. Room service did not exist unless stay was five or more days. Towels: I had to chase down maids in hall to get clean towels each day. Trash: I collected our trash and put with the trash in the hall from a room that had checked out.
