Room but shower poorly designed. Water ran not bathroom

It was under construction, no bar, breakfast cramped, no pool.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Towel rack fell off at the touch. Bathtub didn't drain well. Light switch in the bathroom was faulty. Back of remote kept falling off

fire alarm went off at 1am and 8am did not sleep comfortably after the 1 am alarm I was awakened again at 5am with loud people in the hall waffle maker not working

Good meal choices for dinner, in spite of lack of brisket. Hearty breakfast with healthy choices Easy and simple check-in and check-out. No waiting in line for simple transactions.

I can think of nothing to improve a good experience.

I had trouble with the booking due to booking.com but the manager took her time to help me get it straighten out

Breakfast was outstanding! The person in charge of breakfast took great pride in the food and presentation and it showed. We will come back because of the fresh and delicious breakfast!

There were 6 of us in our room, the pull out couch was not very comfortable. The mattress was rather thin. However the other 2 beds were very comfortable.

Location was nice. Atmosphere was inviting

The reservation was a mess. I checked in the first night but was locked out the second. The staff said no one was checked into the room I was in. Then she said I was a no show and reservation was canceled. Then I was charged 3 different prices none of which was my guaranteed price. Manager said she would fix it but after a week. Still nothing...

The bar and kitchen staff were phenomenal! And the patio and fire pit were extremely cozy.
