Liked cafe and bar, good choices in lobby to purchase
Left our car keys in room and staff said they couldn’t find them 😒. A breakfast buffet would be nice.

The pool was very relaxing & the fact there's a grill outside on patio made it convient to cook out for everyone .
The microwave in our room didn't work but I let the front desk know & she offered to pop our bag of popcorn in there kitchen .

How close it was to my doctor's and sister's house. Lobby and bar area seemed nice.
Receptionist!! I had to wait 10 min. before she came out to help me and someone else who was trying to check out. Parking lot didn't seem safe as there were a couple of groups of men hanging around at night.

My niece lives south of town it is perfect for spending night & driving to their ranch
We usually stay 2 nights last year or so housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms at least make bed & towels , & replace coffee

Couch was a loveseat and not a couch. Room was small and charged us for 3 adults.

Very comfortable room and bed was wonderful. Slept like a log. Very clean. Loved the staff that I interacted with as well. Location for my needs was also great.
Hard to say. I guess the noise outside the room was a bit distracting. Also it seemed that Netflix was available on the TV and wouldn't connect to internet??? Maybe I misunderstood?

I was expecting a complimentary breakfast. When I was handed a $75 charge for me and my small children I was quite shocked. That alone will make me not stay at our hotel again .

It was by the mall and restaurant. Close to the location i needed.
Price to high to not get a free breakfast. You have to pay. Also the site does not say anything about a deposit which was not much but, would have been good to know before they charged it when i paid for the room.

Unfortunatly the breakfast was no longer offered as part of the stay. Hotel guests would now be charged $10 a person for breakfast. In the future, this will be taken into consideration when booking a place to stay.

When I booked our room, it said breakfast included ala carte. Not true. They have a "bistro" that you have to pay for. I thought you could get a muffin or fruit or something when it said breakfast included.

Clean through out. All staff we dealt with were very friendly and professional.
We ate breakfast at the Bistro. while the food was good but $5.50 for a small bottle of orange juice was a ridiculous!
