Gorgeous area, close to all the stores and restaurants within walking distance. Indoor pool was cool but clean. Room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet and very accommodating. Breakfast was awesome and stuff was exceptional! Brenda goes above and beyond to make sure kids and parents are welcome and happy during breakfast. And the maids checked in day too. Even the desk staff was very nice. Check in and check out was so easy! We have already highly recommended this hotel to several of our friends and family. We will definitely be returning again! 🙌❤️🔥🤗🫂
Indoor pool could have been a little warmer but other than that no complaints.

Very clean and updated, a lot of breakfast options with great service, nice pool. It can sometimes be a chore figuring out how to arrange myself and 3 teenagers in a hotel room but the king room with sofa and rollaway bed was a perfect fit for us. Very comfortable and great view. It was also very quiet in our room even though the hotel was pretty full and there was some construction nearby (outside not at the hotel). Really nice place to stay!

The woman who works at breakfast is very helpful and cheerful.
The hot water that we use for tea has coffee flavor. I would make one urn just for hot water only. If coffee is put in it just once, that coffee flavor remains.

The staff puts ham in your omelet without warning you about it. You may not even realize that there will be small pieces of pork among the vegetables in the omelet. Of course, there will be no warning about it.
Outrageous disrespect for those who don't eat meat, total disrespect for those who don't eat pork.
Also management doesn't think it's appropriate to say hello back and is more like a TSA employee than the service at the hotel.

Need washer and dryer fixed was stressful to spend hours dealing with them not working. I had to leave the next day with frozen cold wet clothes, that the dryer wouldn't dry.

The manager was very help because my reservation was messed up.
I booked a handicap room for my parents and I was shocked of how far it was away from the evaluators. I understand it will need to close to the stairs in case of an emergency. It made the walking g difficult for my Dad.

Breakfast was cold, but the taste was great, very clean and tables were well separated
the price, my stay was not a vacation, it was a necessity, my wife is very sick, terminal cancer, she had a doctors appointment, hoping to get some kind of discount but charged full price, surrounding motels all give discount if you book for medical reasons, they always ask reason for staying with them
