Breakfast was great all four days. Good selection. Good coffee. Clean tables. Staff was very helpful. Robert and ladies in the kitchen (I didn't get everyone's name)

We did have a few bothersome flies in the conference room. Otherwise, no specific problems.

We stopped in Deming on our way to San Diego from El Paso. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this one truly was exceptional. They had a bowl of water in the lobby for our dog. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean. The grounds were well kept. The mangers were helpful and courteous. This was a hotel that exceeded expectation. I highly recommend stopping here.

The Breakfast was good but needed a little more of a selection. The Breakfast staff were very courteous and helpful.

We were promised a Bathtub when we reserved it and a Jacuzzi and swimming pool for indoor use. When we arrived we were assigned a room without a bathtub but a shower instead. My wife needs to bathe in a bathtub. Also we were told that the swimming facilities were functioning yet when we arrived they were not working and the hotel clerk indicated that they had been down for maintenance for the last ten days contrary to what we were told when making the reservation. We had other options we could have made had we known this from the start. The bed was also very old and needs to be upgraded. The ice machine was not working on our floor as well.

Service was friendly and accommodating

Our room was on the 2nd floor and a young family with small kids arrived @2 am in the room directly above us... kids were running around, opening doors, and we never returned to full sleep after that. Two things: (1) families with small kids should be assigned to rooms on the ground floor to avoid that type of situation and (2) the quality of your building is not what it should be... requires more solid framing, sufficient to prevent conversations and physical movement to be heard from room to room. Thank you.
