The staff, the room, food

At happy hour I witnessed the bartender using her bare hands to squeeze a lemon into someone’s drink, she then droppped the lemon in the drink. This bartender was touching everything with her bare hands. Why would she then use her bare hands to squeeze the lemon and drop it in a drink. Her hands were not clean. She never washed them, she touched towels, other bottles, cabinets which also carry germs. I have video

There were no pastries set out this particular morning

The Coffee was great in the Lobby! The cooks were great. The younger lady helping us when the system was down was very nice and funny she made everything run smoothly even tho she was irritated as well. Thank you!!

The system was down, so it took us an 1hr to check in. Then the bed was really hard, and the pillows were too soft, like not having a pillow at all. There was no hot water the first night of taking a shower. Breakfast wasn't the same, no bacon or mixed fruit. The potatoes tasted like they were left overs. The outside smoking area fireplace was broken, and it was cold outside. The outside area was trashed also. Our coffee machine in our room didn't work. The older lady with the cane was rude to everyone checking in when the system was down like it was their fault they booked with a different company besides the hotel.

Great! Location great! Nice for walking for exercise, close to eating. Beautiful nature surroundings.
