It was in a pretty good neighborhood with lots of food and entertainment in walking distance.

The room could have been cleaner. The pool was TERRIBLE. Housekeeping came in the room multiple times a day even with the do not disturb sign on the door. And one housekeeper stole money from us.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay so give those ladies a raise.

There was no ice machine that worked and they cut one on but it has green algae in the water line. When we arrived it was 90 degrees in our room because the air was completely turned off and the sun was evening straight in and it’s MS in July so that was absolutely ridiculous. There was no microwave in the room and as much as we paid to stay there you should have at least the basics.

I arrived around 3pm to check in. Gave my name and reservation #. They said they didn't have record of it. I Showed them the emails (reservations were made several months prior, so nothing like this would happen) and nothing was done about it. I told them I guess I'll leave and try and find another place for my family and I to stay.

The only one little thing. It was a slight odor in the lobby

Convenient to the event I was in town for.

Hotel is a little care worn. Front portico had obvious missing paint patches when viewed from my room. Grout was chipped in the shower.

On an 80 degree day in MS, my room was set to HEAT, 86. I turned on the air & could only get it to 82 so miserable hot night with no sleep. When I left at 6 the next am, the room was still 76. Broken AC. Room dirty, mirror broken, lobby, elevators & room had a mildew smell. I was at least hopeful to get coffee on my way out at 8:30- no coffee left. I paid over $400 for a subpar hotel room in Jackson, MS. Completely disappointing.

The sheets on the bed was stained badly. Had to request for fresh set of sheets for bed and had to put them on the bed. Upon requesting sheets never was I asked why did I need a fresh set.

Breakfast was great, staff was amazing. Not sure if the young guys name but he was very welcoming and helpful!

I wish I had 2 more pillows per bed. I didn’t call to see if I could get more but next time I will or either just being more!

Room was decent, bed was comfy, window shade was great for blocking out sun, pull out sofa was convenient for kids. Staff was nice. Lobby was very nice. Wish we could have made it to breakfast.

Bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t even shut the door if sitting on the toilet. Trying to help my 3 year old use the toilet was very difficult. Bathroom gave me all over icky vibes. Toilet bowl was stained, shower grout was stained giving it a dirty appearance. Also i absolutely hated the shower setup. You have to stand in the shower to turn it on. Sucks because the water isn’t instantly hot so you get cold water at first. Can’t reach the handle from anywhere besides standing in the shower. Also very inconvenient if you’re trying to turn the water on for a child showering. Got my whole arm wet. Corners of bathroom floor were dirty. Sink was very small for the only sink in the room. Elevator had a smell.
