Conveniently located.
The rr wasn’t cleaned properly. I worked in hospitality and knew exactly where to look. Thankfully I ALWAYS carry my own cleaning and disinfecting supplies. Bathtub had some hair on the wall, you could tell it had e been swept or mopped properly under the rr vanity area. Remote and phone were not properly wiped down. The bed matress closest to the door was either too old or the bed was broken. We had the worst night of our lives. Maybe slept a total of 3 hours with all the tossing and turning.

It was very clean, breakfast was good, the hot tub was nice.
The location is directly on the highway.. it can be loud at times.

The Breakfast was great, the breakfast staff and cleaning staff was great!
The regular queen room was not worth the cost. The regular queen room was half the size of the suite. The cost for suite vs the regular queen room is not comparable. Also, both queen beds were visible broken. I also saw a bud in the room.

The hotel hallways smelled like weed all weekend and the ac in the room broke they took all afternoon to fix it it was 95 in the room extremely hot was told I couldn’t get another room had to keep my 3 kids in a hot room front desk in the afternoon was extremely rude very bad experience don’t recommend it for a family hotel

The pool and hot tub were dirty... hot tub didn't work, the room smelled musty as soon as we walked in, the bed linens smelled dirty, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the people above us did gymnastics all night in their room... none of is slept!

The staff (and most of the patrons) were extremely friendly and helpful.
Being a smoker and having to go outside to partake, you are so close to a busy highway (busy 24 hours a day) that you could barely converse with anyone because it was so incredibly loud. One ice maker for 4 floors. All the rest were broken.

Didn't have any coffee in room. Had to get in line for the next days towels and coffee. No room service.
