it was filthy

it was so bad from the outside we did not even stay there. people smoking pot in the parking lot curtains were all in disarray and looked terrible. we drove in and right back out. had to find another hotel and almost did not get a room due to ball tournaments. ended up getting two nights at two separate hotels and paying more than expected. would not go back.

the beds have bed bugs!!!

We attempted to cancel our stay and they would not cancel it even though we could no longer stay. It was filthy and the pool was broken. Do not stay here.

Room was a dump. Only a sheer curtain on the window. The whole parking lot could see in. Bathroom floor was sticky, my shoes stuck to it. Hallway carpet was stained and nasty on first floor. Lighting was very dim.

Dirty, broken toilet, door lock broken, bed not comfortable, breakfast was lame.

No elevator. Room smelled like smoke. Carpet in hallway and staircase were filthy.

parking lot had deep pot holes requested a ground floor room when i made my reservations back in march. when we arrived they said no ground floor rooms available . I even put it on my reservation form.

Staff was super kind.

The toilet was broken, flushing it was hard. No microwave.

Side doors didn't have a lock for the key cards you could only come out but not come in.

It was dirty, No microwave No coffee pot No phone in room Stains on the bedding (blood, makeup who knows) staff upon check in! NO Fs given about the customers

The friendly and professional staff, the comfortable beds, breakfast, coffee pot in the rooms .

the tv in one of our rooms didn’t work and they I ordered 3 king rooms and instead got 3 queen rooms with 2 queen beds in each I was very disappointed with the way the front desk guy on night shift talked to us and all

Carpet very dirty

The A/C worked well! Room reasonably clean; didn't have housekeeping coome in while we were there (covid) precaution.

The huge potholes in the parking lot; couldn't even drive around them; dangerous...waiting for an accidental fall, tripping, etc. Carpet, vents, walls filthy!!! Didn't want to touch handrails, walls. A/C in the public areas was not good---warm, humid air. The torn curtain in our room; cut from top to the bottom. Also, as we drove in,we could see all the damaged, crooked windows. Another major problem; no one was informed by telephone, online, etc. that there were no Elavators! Elderly couples on our floor had a very difficult time navagating the stairs!! Unethical to not acknowledge this when reservations are made. Additionally, there was no protocal for any kind of Covid protection.
