Location was very close to Rouff Music Center where our NKOTB concert was.

I didn’t care for there being a hold on our account for incidentals of $20.

No breakfast unless you ordered and payed. Not good.

Romm was terrible. Broken tile in the bathroom. Wayer faicet dripping. Made service bsd and actually left dirty towels. Location was next to a jail.

King bed was very comfortable.

Sofa sleeper was very poor. No trash bags in the room. Lights beside bed were falling off the wall. Curtains were broken so the would not shut all the way. Left about a 6 inch gap in the center.

Location was very good. Room was clean. Bathroom light over sink was not bright enough. Lots of rust on bottom of outside shower doors. Need more lighting in room, especially by the wall mirror. Not enough space to hang clothes in the wardrobe. We could hear the people in the room above walking around at night and could hear all the other rooms on either side of us slamming their door. The flashing smoke detector was annoying all night.

All staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and felt safe.

Pillows were too dense (hard) for my taste. Room decor could be freshened up.

The lobby was very nice and huge! Plenty of seating.

There was a huge using stain on my pullout bed. The mattress was thin and very uncomfortable I would share a phot here if I knew how. When I showed the checkout person the photo all she said was she would make more to have them do a deep cleaning in that room. Like they haven’t seen this was an issue before today. There was also a nasty spot on the floor. Stains on the couch etc. also when we checked in the clerk said we could have got this room for $116. If we would have booked directly with them instead of using a 3rd party The description also said this room slept 5 people. No way without 3 people in one bed.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

We booked this hotel because of the hot tub and when we went to use it, it was out of service. This wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking.
