I guess the hotel is cheap but the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and disappointing. I had to use my phone data that was how bad it was.

I been there alone and the TV channels are all not working it’s pretty boring staying alone with no tv

Asking me if I wanted room service for 4 days no service or even offering new towels of picking up trash

Price, location was good. It had a microwave and small fridge.

It was noisy, the bed very hard, the bathroom wasn’t that clean (hair on the toilet, sink, lint on the tub faucet) and the towels provided had gray stains on them. One light was out, but we didn’t bother to ask for a replacement. We just won’t come here again.

Linens are of low quality. Cleanliness was below average, the trash baskets were not empty when I entered the room. Property charges extra fees that were unexpected. No coffee in room. etc.

The room was near the front and there was a gap under the door about a half inch ---could hear all the traffic , The furniture is old, The sheets were not clean . I am a senior citizen and requested a discount and was told I wasnt eligible , because I didnt book thru the hotel. The bill was $30 higher than what I booked !!!

Arrived for check in around 830- no one @ desk, rang the bell a few times before we got any help. Hotel was super loud, definitely several parties going on (on a sunday?) and the room- despite being a "remodeled room" was kind of a mess with Unfinished walls, "artwork" hanging all askew. Positive- Room was very clean, towels bedding all soft and clean, just a bit of dust on furniture but that's expected w remodels. For $100+/ night, we expected better all around

I enjoyed the price! Not fancy but a perfect place to stay for rest and sleep Because of the affordability I was able to stay local And drive home after rested Thanks you I will stay again

I liked everything

The location is good if you have work near or around the Sequoia train station where most of the conferences are held. There are plenty of hotels

The rooms could use a upgrade.
