Cleanliness of room and rates were too different and they booked my room I was already in

very clean and modern. excellent staff

there is not a clean the room, make the bed and fresh towel service without contacting the front desk, requesting this service. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide this service without asking fir it.

I loved the location to the airport I loved Jason. Front desk staff was amazing and so helpful

Comfy bed and clean rooms

The initial staff who checked me in was very unfriendly and not helpful. Evidently I needed to check in online and I had not been able to do that due to traveling. Everyone else was pleasant.

The care and attention if the front desk staff, including Lincoln, and Josie made the business of checking into an unknown place non threatening. Josie made me feel as if I was the only guest that she was responsible for while juggling multiple requests. Her dining recommendations were spot on. At the bar, Maleia made me feel welcome, and immediately assisted me when I informed her of my food allergies. She was wonderful.

The process of meal prep was challenging. For dinner, the bartender was forced to juggle two roles effectively.

staff, accommodations, amenities, expectations met. Location was sufficient as well. We would stay here again.

Large crowds of adult singles fraternizing loudly in lobby... with infant toddler, not so much interested in hearing all that

The hotel location is great very clean.

Breakfast is nasty. Had really loud neighbors could hardly sleep. Very irritated about that we came there for quiet and didn't get it.

Room was slightly dated with some of the options available but nothing that stopped me from loving the hotel room still

didn’t get the room that I paid for… bed was hard and super uncomfortable

The staff. I was double charged for my room (still unresolved due to the fact that the manager is apparently never there). When asked why am i being double charged when checking in was told “Oh it might drop off”… Ever since trying to contact to get everything situated i’ve been getting nowhere and short answers.
