The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was wonderful. Nancy was very sweet at check-in as she juggled phone calls and a long line of guests. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the set up with the sofa trundle bed.

Rooms were large- slept 5! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Very close to many restaurants etc. amazing value.

All staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was filling and tasty with healthful options.

(1) Disappointing surprise when I entered my room and found they had switched us from a king bed to a double queen because they had overbooked. (2) All lamps had bulbs too dim to read by. Staff was helpful in replacing bulbs. (3) Extra overnight parking fee of $15, especially annoying because I doubt any guests accessed that location without a car.

Desayuno muy basico, pero aceptable, la ubicacion buena. Las habitaciones excelentes nos encantaron (camas muy comodas y cuarto espacioso) y el servicio en front desk muy amables siempre.

Que no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitacion ninguno de los dias que estuvimos ahi. El desayuno podria mejorar con un poco mas de opciones como quesos y jamon. Tambien se podria mejorar la iluminacion de la habitacion.

Me cobraron 2 veces el alojamiento … he reclamado mil veces y nadie responde! Me cobraron con la tarjeta q hice la reserva en booking y con otra tarjeta el día q me fui!!!! Incluso reclame a Marriott directamente… hace 2 meses y me dieron un número de caso (478196340) Y aún no pasa nada y booking nunca contesta! Quiero mi dinero de vuelta ya o nunca más contrato nada x esta página! O sea ahora estoy en EEUU y ninguna reserva la hice x acá xq estoy muy molesta con la falta de respuesta

The hotel was very unresponsive to messages after I made the reservations. They also didn’t allow for any changes even though I got Covid last minute. I requested to shorten my stay by one night due to it being non-refundable but the hotel was not willing to accommodate the request. While at the hotel, my room had a very strange odor to it.

It was clean, good location, nice staff, coffee and water available almost 24 hrs a day. Pool and spa clean and maintained very well. Slept well.

We couldn’t open the window at all to get some fresh air. Very little storage area for our clothes.

the towels need a upgrade

It was convenient and clean. I like that they serve breakfast in the morning.

Bed was hard and pillows too soft .

The room wasn’t practical. There is no space like a suite.
