Room size quite small. No smart tv. Breakfast only till 9 am. Mattresses too soft.

Very nice hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and very nice. The room is a reasonable size (2 adults and 3 children). The room is very well equipped. The hotel has breakfast, free parking and a good pool. We visited the hotel for 4 days and it was always clean including the rooms. Located about half an hour by car from the city center

Room was too noisy, almost impossible to sleep. The noise was caused by AC even if our AC was off, we heard strong noise from AC of the below Room and the floor was vibrating. Breakfast was not good for me, too simple for hotel that wants to be a family oriented.

Overall good experience. During reservation, we requested a king bed quiet room. When we arrived there was either a King bed OR a quiet room, so we opted for a quiet room with two double beds. In general, it seems that many rooms face the highway and are noisy. Free parking was good, though if you come late at night it may be full. Breakfast was decent though rather standard. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

There is room for improvement with the breakfast, which was rather standard. It takes just a little effort to spice it up with some fresh vegetables, fruits or better pastries or fresh breads. Also, price is on the high end for this quality of hotels (in fact, this was the most expensive hotel we had in more than two weeks of travel along the California coast)

Overall our stay was mediocre. First all start with the pro’s: Great location, near shopping center and restaurants, and near the freeway. (Which can be good or bad depending on your room because you can hear the traffic). Adequate parking enough for the both hotel guests to park. It’s also near a small shopping plaza so guests will also be parking with customers of the restaurants near by. The breakfast was good. They had pleasant breakfast staff and a good spread each day. I noticed they changed the food up a little each morning so give a variety. The front desk was always accommodating, treated every time and asked if there was anything we needed. They always had supplies upon request which makes it convenient. The pool area and common area was nice and big. Accommodated our family and friends. The kids got to enjoy the pool. I used the gym once it was nice and clean. Cons: The room needed to be cleaned a little better. Unfortunately on the carpet there was two big stains that I was able to lift up with a disinfectant wipe. Our air conditioning stoped working a few days before we left and when it got fixed the sound of the air conditioning kept you awake at night. The grounds of the property needs a good pressure wash throughout. The floor and walls were extremely dirty from things being dropped on the ground and so forth. The stair cases and the elevator looked sticky and dirty. The place could use a good rinse down. It’s great there are plenty of garbage reciprocals throughout unfortunately it piles up and creates this dump look right by the elevator as your getting off.
