The location was great! We didn’t have to get on a main road to get food or go to a store. The room was very nice and clean. We loved that the toilet was separated from the shower.

Everything was clean, the employees were extremely friendly. The room seemed almost soundproof, we heard no outside noise. Will definitely stay again on our next trip through!

Our family comes every year in April we will never go back to this hotel the staff was awful treated us poorly charged me 900 extra dollars for a damaged tv that was already damaged charged several room charges that they can’t tell me what it’s from
they allowed anyone in and out our rooms while sleeping trying to update things they said was important didn’t knock just walked in. the front desk manager spoke poorly of our family let people run up and down the halls all hours of the night allowed teenagers to party all in the lobby THIS WAS OUR LAST TIME STAYING

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable
The a/c in the room didn't get as cold as we wanted. It only went down to 66 but it didn't feel that way. Also out of the 5 floors only 2 ice machines worked.

Only that there was a hair in our bathroom and was never taken out when I reported it, and no extra pillow or blanket in closet to put on couch if I wanted to lay or sit there...but everything else was fine ,Thank you. , I could have asked but didn't....

No hot water during my entire stay, I did not get money back and staff was rude, no manager on sight as per reception 😤

Walking into the lobby it smelt like marijuana , the elevators smelt like that and the hallways on the 2nd floor smelt like that. There was cold water for short period of time.
