It was a quick checkin after having a free shuttle from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband loves the cookie although I wish just a plain chocolate chip cookie was still offered rather than the walnut or vegan option.
The price was pretty high! And I think the buffet or a la carte breakfast option was insanely high. We chose the a la carte option and spent $50 for 2 people for a mediocre breakfast and terrible service. The server wasn’t warm or friendly and seemed in over her head since she was acting as host, server, and food runner while having a full dining room.

Proximity to the airport
I had the worst experience of my life. I arrived at the hotel at around 10 pm, they gave me my room, I went to my room and it was on the first floor with a patio door leading to the pool. I checked if the patio door was locked and it wasn't. It was in fact broken. I also noticed a screaming sound that was looping every two minutes. I went to the front desk, asked to change my room since the patio door wasn't locking. The lady at the front desk said "do you really want to change for a patio door ?" I said, I want to change for my safety, yes. She said the hotel was full and she couldn't. She said she would send a guy and if he couldn't fix it, they would change my room. I waited outside my room for 30 minutes before the guy arrive so I went back to the front desk, asked them to change my room again, told them about the crazy noise that kept happening and they once again said they wouldn't change my room. I asked to cancel my room because I didn't feel safe and thought I prefered sleeping somewhere else and they couldn't because I booked it on bookings.com. In the meantime, they said they fixed the door so I went back to check. The sliding door was fixed, but the "fixed" part of the door could be fully opened very easily. I went back to the front desk, told them to take a walk with me and that I would show them how unsafe it was, they wanted to do nothing about it. I said, stop telling me the hotel is full, I can still rent a room on booking. I asked for the manager and eventually they changed my room. I felt very unsafe in your hotel, your staff wasn't helpful and the security level was very low. Overall, the worst hotel experience of my life.

Beds ; the one & only good quality in this hotel
A) The room was stinking smoke when we arrived, absolutely stinking
B) I paid for breakfast they trued really hard to make me pay again despite the evidence I was showing them " uuuh sorry we don't speak french"
C) They know that they will not see customers twice : they try to take advantage up to the last penny
D) Internet slow as can be in order to push the customer to BUY the "fast version" which is only a normal speed
E) 20 minutes for the check in
F) After the 20 minutes we never saw the beginning of their "welcome cookie"
CONCLUSION : Avoid avoid avoid by all means !!!
As everybody can read I've received a "standart answer from Megan Daevis, GM of the hotel". This is a joke. When a customer has been that mistreated you don't send that kind of empty message. You DO something, you DO something concrete. Voucher, refund, compensation or whatsoever. That shows that in fact the problem starts directly at the level of the general management . Certainly getting a pay check but also certainly not managing the hotel. Now I will write directly to the headquarter and the management of the company as well as tripadvisor and all the other sites.

The only reason i stayed for the night i had a late flight and thought it’s convenient to stay closer to the airport. Before i arrive, i sent many messages to the hotel to confirm the shuttle pick up, no answer. When i arrived, i tried to call couple of times, no answer. It’s a very frustrated start if you are travel alone middle of the night waiting a shuttle to come. A shuttle came after a while, the receptionist was super rude when i checked in. The room was not clean, they had like dirty coffee pods and used cups and not even a bottle of water. I saw a hair in the bed. I didnt go to reception because they were not welcoming. I left immediately the next morning. Do not trust the name of hilton, this is nothing like a hilton standards around the world. Look for another place to stay especially if you’re traveling alone.

Shutle: Advertised as a feature but fails to deliver. On 2 occasions waited 45 minutes. Shuttles are undersized and irregular. Other hotel chains observed to frequent P4 every 15 minutes. Annecdotally, from 3 different pilots I spoke to hat is is unsatisfactory and has been for some time

When we got there they put us in a room the was occupied.,or previously occupied and had not been cleaned.we won 1500 points on the spinning wheel,we were told would’ve given upon checkout and weren’t.when I was checking out the lady said she had no idea what we were talking about. The lady that was at the check out had no idea what she was doing or room keys weren’t working had to get new ones.the lady was rude and unprofessional,seemed as if I was inconvenience her night, and the bed had bed bugs.

room was spacious to accommodate 4 adults and bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle service was available every 30 minutes. Shuttle driver checks on each passengers' flight and inform of which terminal to take off from the shuttle. He also helped to load an unload luggage from the shuttle.

Convenience to take my flight out of Newark the next day in the morning. They have a shuttle bus that takes the guests to the airport. The staff was very helpful and nice.
The air conditioning was set at 22 degrees Celsius and I couldn't adjust it to a different temperature.

The room was adequate. The restaurant where we had dinner was very mediocre. The breakfast was good, but we had to "show physical proof" on our booking receipt that we had actually already paid for it. Weird.
The pool area and actual pool water was filthy with used band-aids and big clumps of hair in it. My wife refused to go in it. The common areas such as the hallways were also very dirty. It was a little shocking, actually. I've never seen a major brand hotel look anywhere close to this. And I've traveled all over the world.

This hotel is scammer. Staffs are rude & inconsiderate. We were there for an event, requested an early check in to get prepare for our event but instead we were checked in so late that we only have an hour to get ready for the event which our organization paid so much on top of " hide" charges such as administrative fees :(
Also,during the party I asked the floor manager to extend 10 mins just to wrap things but declined our request. Dinner was rushed & chaotic.
Our room were not cleaned thoroughly at all.Floor Carpets were disgusting, we basically didn't take our shoes the whole entire time of our stay:(
