Breakfast was great. Service was terrific.

Nothing. We had a wonderful experience at the National Hotel. Sitting out back with the music “Man” was terrific. The service there was beyond good. Thank you for such a great memory.

We loved the outside fire pits. We enjoyed having food and drinks while listening to music at night.

That’s the only thing that made this trip worthy.

Building is needs upgrades like ice machine,elevator,AC that actually works. Let me put it in simple terms. If you like mediocre this place is what you’re looking for.

Excellent service and location. Also loved the patio with live entertainment and fire tables.

There is no place in the hotel to hang out except 6 chairs in the lobby. If you want to eat or drink the porch or bar is available.

Classic hotel, centrally located. The best lobster roll anywhere! Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was the end of the season... The last days the hotel was open. No breakfast our last two mornings as a result. I wish this was more clear when we booked.

There was no breakfast... not even a coffee maker in the hotel. The room was clean but tiny, windows would not stay open and the price of the room was $100 more than comparable rooms in town. I should have done more research before committing to The National. They did move us to a queen bedroom, which we appreciated but the website made it seem as if the hotel was full , which it wasn’t. We appreciate the Covid issues but feel they could have made up for the missing benefits by, at least ,giving us a voucher or discount on meals at a nearby restaurant.
