I like the indoor and how open and bright it is with the white lights

Some parts of my room were dirty and our blanks/sheets had stains

The staff was kind and helpful.

The shower had somebody else’s hair in it, there was dirt or mold, in the lip of the shower, door, and a big greasy spot on the wall outside of the shower. It was not pleasant to use the shower.

Location. Near Angel stadium. Easy to access by my own car.

Room temperature was too high. AC must be working better. The issue wasn’t solved even a mechanical guy tried to fix it.

Everything shuts down early!! No bar no coffee a bit soulless if atmosphere!

I liked that it was clean, breakfast was good.

My original room wasn't ready for check in at 4pm.

The breakfast was awesome the best breakfast options that I experienced. Omelet station included the distance from the hotel to the Angel's Stadium was short. So you can go walking overthere. In addition, the room size was incredible.

The booking reservation included parking but as soon as we checked in the employee told me that it's $29.00 per night

Wish the pool was open a longer.

No Turkey bacon at breakfast.

bathtub was never cleaned up...

Valet didn't ask To help with our bags ...when we were checking in or checking out. My son was graduating at Angel stadium and my kids and I had so many things to gather. My daughter used the bell cart to assist and the valet reprimanded her saying next time don't take it to our room. We wouldn't have taken it if he would have helped.

The bed was absolutely comfortable. We liked how the bedroom was seperate from the living room area.

Did not enjoy the employee trying to sign me up for free points and trying to sell additional services while in was trying to enjoy my dinner. He just came and sat down uninvited.

The great view of Angels' tower & the stadium, along with the very accommodating rooms.

The suite was perfect, well accommodated for our needs such as an empty refrigerator, microwave, & the enough sink. The view, no complaints! Felt safe, & quite quiet in spite of close to an elevator.

Pool was great and interior of building is amazing. Beds were cozy and breakfast is fabulous as always.

Only issue was the fan exhaust in bathroom was on and did not shut off...had to close door to bathroom to muffle sound other wise all was great.

This hotel charges unexpectedly without a proper explanation. Way too expensive and will not give your full deposit back.

Loved the balcony

I had a roach in my room and did not notice until it was crawling on me when I was in bed then another I'm the restroom under the sink. There was hair all in the shower. The shower door looked like it was never clean and piss stains on the toilet. I hated it here but they did not want to refund only refunded one night out of a week. The sofa was old looked like it was pulled from on side of a dumpster, pillows had no fluff, stands on the cushions. We didn't even sit on the sofa. The little fridge was behind this little door and the door was broken. It was not with the money paid honestly. I feel like they spent more money on the entry and no love to the rooms. The rooms seem very old like they have not been updated in a while sofas and all. The air omg it was worthless. I put the air down to 65 and I was still getting little to no air.
