I like the landscaping around the pool and patio area, the location of the hotel is nice next to the orange outlets and you can take the shuttle back and forth to Disney.

Hotel is under construction and a mess, rooms had a weird odor, holes in walls, sheets that felt like cheap hospital grade, no extra towels, one of our beds did not have a blanket, we had a hard time getting clean towels, staff did not seem to care.

Not enough towels in the room. We had to get towels for the pool,and they weren't clean

The size of the rooms made our stay very comfortable. What I found impressive was that even though there was remodeling going on, for the most part it was not noisy or intrusive.

This was the second time we stayed here. The first time, I was not charged for parking nor was I given a parking pass to place in my car. Curious why a $5/night fee was added 6 weeks later. It was not mentioned in the fees listed on my reservation. A lobby restroom next to the dining area was closed due to remodeling. A lot of people seemed inconvenienced by this. There was another restroom on the 2nd floor (for the conference room, I guess) which could have been unlocked while the first floor dining room restroom was closed.

Thin blankets ,dirty bathroom, scary and old elevator when going up, water turned off half way through my shower (twice), breakfast is ok, large holes in the wall

Please clean up your facility. It is run downed, dirty, room make up was upon request and on our last day we had no water coming into the rooms due to plumbing problems.

Clean rooms, nice pool and courtyard , nice breakfast .

the property is fairly clean

poor customer service , there were no towels in the room and when I called front desk they said they won’t be able to get towels to us until the next day. also both TVs in the room didn’t work. room number 236

The breakfast is exceptional and delicious, it offers something for everyone. The hotel is decent and clean, the rooms are large and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

There was a large hole in the wall that is supposedly the closet, so I had to cover the hole with the ironing board. The bathtub was needing to be replaced because it looked filthy, but may have been clean.

I found a dead cockroach by the fridge area. and I asked for the room to be clean and was told staff was to busy so then I asked for more towels and do it for them to pick up trash. trash was gone left bin that I left outside but no towels. Hu in.

Breakfast was best asset to the hotel. Hot food. Great selection of food. Staff wonderful

I booked 4 rooms. One room had leaking toliet which needed repair. One room had mold on ceiling and throughout the bathroom. One room had something running down the bedroom walls, closet door completely missing with track exposed for people to cut their feet on. My room had mold in shower and bathroom faucet cold handle broken. Toilet roll holder rusty. Paint job in three rooms was incomplete (missed areas). My kitchen cabinets were repainted but had lots of chips. Linen was clean. I was not told at time of booking that rooms were under renovation. I called the front desk 4 times the morning I booked so plenty of opportunity to be told to expect a half renovated room.

the breakfast was awesome! very good variety of food. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. our room was super clean and accommodating. we had fresh towels folded so cute, the shower was clean and had plenty of soap and shampoo! the suite was nice with a full refrigerator, microwave, stove and plenty of cabinet space. the tv was nice and the wifi was good as well!
