Breakfast was awesome! A great variety of food to suit everyone’s eating needs! A person should never be hungry after leaving their breakfast menu. I loved the cookies served every evening at 7 p.m. they were delicious! Staff were very informative about restaurants, stores in the area! Staff were kind and helpful in all areas.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet

The hotel was clean and the lady in charge was very helpful. The young gentleman at the front desk had a harder time with communication, but she jumped right in to help. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine.

The roads around the hotel were full of potholes, but I suppose the hotel can't control that.

The disability room was at the far end of the entrance.

we were charged 269. US for one night, second night was 183.00. We agreed to costs but upon return to room, we found our room the same as we left it in morning. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no coffee refill. I have NEVER experienced no housekeeping in a hotel in my life. I am 70 yrs old. Besides that there was a big sign stating elevator was out of order, which is understandable except for, while I was checking out maintenance for hotel came out of elevator, coffee in hand and used it again as I was leaving. my eyes could not believe it. He was not an elevator service man, unless he fixes elevator with no tools, just a coffee! we stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping. reception advised us that with 3 night stays, housekeeping does not enter room until until our departure. that is totally unacceptable and really high way robbery. if hotel cannot provide commonly included services we paid for , they should advise clients before the stay or reduce the exorbitant price for 2 star hotel. The excuse of staff shortage and Covid are not my problem to deal with. Those are problems the service industry has had to deal with and that shouldn’t make my stay be any less than what are standards of the industry. I feel that I was taken advantage of by bookings.com and the hotel itself. This will not stay between us. I am emailing you first and intend to persue this matter further. I can be reached as listed on confirmation information. I have seen putting signs on bed if you don’t want sheets changed daily but this protocol of no housekeeping is ridiculous. Louise Arsenault
