It was conveniently located to the cross center where our event as so that was nice.
Very confusing to get from parking garage to hotel and casino. Really need to provide guests with a property map. The staff was not helpful and very rude.

not much that night it was a miserable stay
paid almost 300 for one night and AC was not working.. it had been a very hot day .. needed to call front desk 3x and they sent maintenance in our room at 1 am instead of offering another room .. offered a tiny fan which would have been useless..

bedding and pillows comfy, quiet
the shower literally would just randomly become scalding for a couple of seconds then back to desired temperature. All three showers the same thing happened. during the shower it would do it every 30 seconds or so. I am not exaggerating. I just started waiting for it to do it then jump under for a few seconds and jump back away. Brutal!!!! An elderly person could get hurt, fall out trying to quickly get out from under it. just saying it’s dangerous

Room was very overpriced due to event in area, and accommodations were meh at best. The shower barely had any hot water it seems if a hotel is going to charge that much for a room they should do some updating to the rooms.

location was convenient as to where I was working the drive was 10 mins away
the fact that they charge you $10 a day to park but if you just go and use the casino you can park there for free to spend money to use their facilities of the hotel they have no maid services so you have to put your towels in the hallway and they’re supposed to replenish but you have to call the front desk because you never get any towels and wait over two hours and have to call back again because no one brings them any replenishment of coffee or water is solely on you but you pay over $400 to stay at their hotel plus for the two days you get charged $20 extra to park your car but if I wanna come up here while in the area and use the casino The same parking garage you park in you don’t get charged for but spend money in the hotel you get charged $10 totally ridiculous and their excuse is it’s a resort fee I just spent over 430 For a weekend where I only use their facility to sleep next time I will be looking elsewhere where I can go somewhere and park for free and have the services and free continental breakfast that would be included
