This was our 3rd stay. The hotel is VERY clean and the rooms were so comfortable. The pool is great! The continental breakfast was wonderful. The free coffee/tea in the lobby is nice as well. The only complaint we have is that there is no exhaust fan/ventilation in the bathroom. It gets quite stuffy in there. Overall, we love visiting the Inn.

Location was excellent convenient to restaurants and shopping
when I booked via Booking.com it was noted that the room would include city view; it did not when I arrived to check in desk manager charged me an additional ten USD ($10.00) commenting Booking.com was incorrect. I disputed the charge

The breakfast was phenomenal and great selection!! The location as well can’t be beat!
The rooms were nice and clean, however the floors were a bit dated and dirty looking with lots of stains. That was the only turn off about the room.

Convenient location.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Pillows were flat and lumpy and there was an obvious indent in the mattress like it has never been flipped. The shower drained very slow so I ended up standing in a few inches of dirty water. The lights in the bathroom kept flickering or dimming randomly but it happened every single time the light was turned on. My friend is convinced it was a ghost…

Easy walking to major areas of Gettysburg. Property is older with outside hallways. Rooms have been somewhat updated.
Bathroom tub was small and taking a shower resulted in water all over floor. Shampoo was in a “ketchup like packet”. Impossible to open with wet hands. Toilet was very low and for us seniors and difficult to use. Breakfast was complimentary and was the usual food found in chain hotels.

We couldn't check in early, but they offered a parking pass which allowed us to explore the town a bit. We walked to everything with the exception of the Museum/Visitor's Center. But, if you're up for a more of a walk you can do that easily as well. If you like to bike, this location is ideal as you could bike to the visitor's center and then bike through all the battlefields. The bus tours were only a block away. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ... eh ... It was a HOT American breakfast versus just a buttered roll that some others offer. Definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you.

Nice variety. Everything was great. I would just suggest adding cheese for making egg sandwiches. But I enjoyed what was there.
