The location was excellent and so was the view

There was a lot of refurbishment going on, and noisy at times

Wonderful waterside location and great views of manhattan.

The wait at reception desks. Checking in took 40 minutes and only 1 guy working. Checking out just as bad. Trying to get our luggage back equally as long as again only 1 person working the desk and they were engaged in booking a guest an extra day - surely this is the guests responsibility especially at peak times.

Perfekte Lage als Ausgangspunkt für NYC. Direkt an der U-Bahn. In 5 Minuten am Monument 9/11.

Zimmer etwas lieblos ein- & hergerichtet. Sicht auf die Freiheitsstatue ist überbewertet. Zu weit entfernt.

Die Lage und der Blick auf New York sind perfekt! Zur Bahn ist es eine Minute Fußweg und das WTC ist nur eine Station entfernt. Entspannte Atmosphäre zur Erholung vom Trubel in Manhattan und trotzdem zentral gelegen.

Window view, good location

This hotel inside looks like a regular motel and not a regular Hyatt, (who often stay in the real "Hyatt" will understand me) It is very old, furniture look like from garbage, there are not any activities even New Year eve. Not a convenience parking, only Vallet, it's very expensive and needs wait an hour to get your car. No one time more, in this it's like "Hyatt".

The view is what you are here for! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient with a quick train ride to lower Manhattan or fun boat rides to its other parts. Jersey City was nice too! The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We enjoyed our breakfast which was way better and varied than most US hotels.

We picked the room with the Manhattan view, but were assigned to another room instead. Fortunately, we were able to sort it out at the hotel reception with the friendly staff, but it was an unpleasant and confusing experience to begin with. Our messages through booking were never answered prior to our arrival. Amenities in general could use some renovation.
