Location and freshness

One of the first things I look for in a place to stay is breakfast. I need coffee and eggs and bacon. The coffee was really good. Most breakfast items like bacon and cheese omelets were sold out by 7:30 am.

The hotel is still in Covid mode. They do not clean the rooms on a daily basis. When we asked that the garbage and towels were swapped daily the clerks said it was out of their hands. The day before we left I asked my husband to take the towels to the front desk. After that the garbage was picked up and we got towels every day.

My room was already booked !! And booking.com would not give us a room for a totally different date that was convenient for I and my family with a pool and sofa but instead gave us a hotel room for livinn hotel and it did not have a pool or sofa so this was very much disappointing for us !! & to add it was for that late night booking of there choice it was very unprofessional for booking!!

Great location.

TV batteries had not been changed, replaced with old ones and eventually new ones. Refrigerator was very noisy, sleepless night.

The front desk folks and breakfast folks were helpful and friendly. The night desk had fresh coffee for us as we left at 430am.

The Breakfast was fine. Friendly staff.

Coffee needs to be out earlier for folks who need to get n the road due to the weather. The Pool was 'closed' but people were in it? I asked and they said due to a leak in the ceiling the pool was closed but there were people using the pool so I don't know what closed really means.

No breakfast but location was good.

The room smelt of musty and mold. They charged us $50 upon checking in. They didn’t call it a security fee and didn’t refund upon checkout. They said the $50 would be refunded within 3-5 business days. What is the reason it is not refunded upon checkout when nothing was charged to the room.

Staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful.

Elevator could use a good cleaning, room 212 needs to have the faucet in the bathtub repaired, it leaked constantly, not a problem for me but adds a cost to the facility.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Found hair in bathtub. Nobody wearing masks. TV in lobby was too loud I could hear it in my room. I asked to turn it down . Next day it was loud again

It was so quiet and clean! Location was great. Close to the venue we were attending.

I realize that because of COVID, you could not do the kind of breakfasts you had before, which were great. If you were able to do something more than individual packets of things, it would be great again. Rooms were nice and clean, but again because of COVID, I really that you just can't have as many staff as before, but when we did need staff, we were able to find someone.

As mentioned above, the breakfasts were disappointing compare to what they were before. However, there is not much more that you could do. Also, the pancake house is literally next door, so if we wanted something more elaborate for breakfast, it would have been easy to get. The other problem was that the refrigerator in the room really needed to be defrosted. There was no room in the freezer for anything and it was a bit noisy.
