Super duper clean, and cozy. Beds are comfortable.
We could hear the neighbors talk all night. Walls should be sound proof. We were also right next to stairs and we could hear people walking up and down.

Good price for a clean room. Not far from the San Jose Airport
There is a 1-2 inch gap at the bottom of every door. This means light is coming into the room all night, and every conversation from the hallway could be heard.

Very nice comfortable and clean , close to SAP center so it was perfect for our concert and simmy as well as other workers at the front desk were very nice!

Location was perfect. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Liked that there was a microwave in the room and the TV was nice and big with good pic quality. Wifi worked well.
Shower wasn't very clean. A/C unit was very loud. Ending up turning it off as it kept waking me each time it flipped on. The elevators are sketch as the doors don't always open once you reach your floor. Thought I was stuck in them until I had the thought of hitting the open door button. The pool wasn't kept up well. First night, the jacuzzi was great. Second night after what I assume was heavy usage from other guests it was dirty and not warm at all.
There was no housekeeping service. So I had no coffee the second morning.

No water in the room, not even complimentary one. Breakfast is paid for but very poor, expensive.

Location close to the airport and In n Out right outside.
Staff wouldn't honor our "King Room with Sofa Bed" from Booking.com. At first we were told they were fully booked. Then we needed to complain before we were offered a 2 Queen Bed Room later that evening. Elevators were also not operational so we needed to carry our large luggage up four flights of stairs.

I was told before I made the reservation from your front desk that you had a certain TV channel I wanted to watch. I drove down to your hotel, checked in, check for the specific TV channel and it was not listed as part of the TV package. Extremely disappointed and cancelled my reservation.
