That it was pet friendly and had a back door to bring our dog in so we could avoid people in the lobby.

Not sure you should have white bedspreads especially with kids and pets.

Didn't have my reservation for a 2 night stay. But after showing my confirmation email were able to accommodate. The bathroom door stuck, you really had to pull on it to open and close. Sunday morning got to kill a cockroach in the bathroom.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Good breakfast in a nice and modern lobby area. We had requested the two rooms we booked be near each other and they placed us right across the hall. Several restaurants very close to the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The employees and customer service were exceptional. They definitely make you feel welcome and are very warm.

Our room had a fishy odor upon entering but we told the front desk staff and they moved us immediately to a different room. That room was super clean and awesome!

we like the accessiabilty to restaurants near the property-Sgt Pepper's is one of our favorites-breakfast was good!

The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing and our room was clean and we felt very safe.

I enjoyed the hot tub, but wish there was a pool. Also we booked 2 queen beds and got a king instead with a couch. But we worked it out.

problem connecting to wifi, small fitness room, air conditioner had to be set at 63 to run, had long wait for elevator at busier times

It was the cleanest hotel/motel I've ever stayed at! Breakfast was exceptional and all staff members we're extremely courteous and helpful! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
