Room was sterile, furniture was sparse

Stains on pillow & sheets. Got charged by Booking & by hotel for the stay.

Good breakfast. Nice, spacious bathroom. Location was perfect for us to access family in Woodbury and Lake Elmo.

Close to everything
The air conditioning smelt like a cat.. some of the other guests were really loud… one of the front desk ladies wasn’t professional ( younger lady )

Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Check in was easy and prompt. Room was reasonably clean but the carpet had some sticky spots
Not allergy friendly at all. Facility has no ingredients lists and kitchen and front desk staff were not at all trained on allergies and tried to offer me multiple food options that they said were safe but absolutely were not (said waffles were only made with water but the mix usually has egg and milk. Said sausage patties were safe but they were actually cooked in butter)
Management was interim and didn’t have any information either

The staff was amazing as usual. Dre and Cindy were fantastic. Excellent customer service with a smile!
Room was large and very comfortable.
Breakfast good as usual also.
We will continue to stay here...

All the treadmills in the gym were not working. Also when I checked in they did not code my key correctly so I had to come back down and have it done again (inconvenient).

Location was good. The breakfast was good.
We thought we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and handicap accessible but when we got there it was a king bed and pull out couch. our daughter ended up paying for a separate room. Even though we were in a handicap room, there were absolutely zero safety bars around the toilet, only in the shower. very disappointed that it really wasn’t handicap accessible and also our daughter had to pay over $100 for an extra room.
