El lugar es cómodo, al llegar todo muy limpio, su desayuno es bueno para el precio, personal muy amable.

En tres noches de estancia no hicieron el aseo en el cuarto, porque tienen poco personal de limpieza

People in next room were very noisy and sounded like they were banging on the walls

Location was great for our plans this visit. Room request was granted without hesitation. I liked that there was not the craziness of staying at a big casino.

Two towels for 2 females is not enough. Room was not serviced all all. Tub was dripping during entire visit. I called for assistance in the room but no one showed. When I fixed the issue myself and called to let them know, no one answered the phone.

Convenient place to stay before a morning flight, easy access to the Strip, airport, and rental car center. Our room and common areas were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the short drive to the Pinball Hall of Fame and Welcome to Las Vegas sign. Free parking and no resort fee!

The breakfast could have been improved with more fresh items.

If you have diabetes, there is basically nothing you can eat at breakfast expect for scrambled eggs. No healthy options at all, no vegetables, even green tea is always out of stock. This is very disappointing. Also, during the four days of our stay nobody has cleaned our room or changed towels even once. This is an awful service.

Very nice lady working in the breakfast area. She's a true professional who genuinely cared about the health and safety of the guests.

Surprised by $18 a day parking charge. When told about this at the front desk I was shocked.

loud with so many kids running around. the staff who checked us in was so kind and understanding. she said we could check out late due to rewards program and because of the run. however the staff in the morning barely listened to what my husband before he dismissed us and said no way you can. it’s impossible. would not take a sec to understand. I called back on our way to the 5 k at the raiders stadium to complain and get upset and then they agreed to let us check out a little late. shouldn’t have to be life this.

Breakfast was good.

Paid online for hotel stay which clearly states it includes everything, they told us we would need to pay $20.00 for a parking space, when we checked they asked for a card for incidentals, so my husband gave them his, not only did we pay for the parking, they charged us again for the room, I called telling they needed to refund the charges cause I had already paid, they said ok then when my husband checked his card they had charged him 2 more times, after calling them several times after a week they refunded the money.

It’s across the street from Allegiant stadium. Room was pretty clean.

It’s a busy area and the hotel was hammered by users. Staff can’t keep up w party slob clients.

How close the strip was, the parking was perfect, pretty view

While staying here the toilet was not working properly keep having to lift up the lid to make sure the water flow was running correctly in order for it to flush also the shower would not drain properly, very disappointed!
