We stay here every time we come to Vegas. We go watch the Red Flag at Nellis AFB. It's right next to the base.

The thermostat in the room was broken, it was set at 72 degrees and could not be adjusted, so it was very hot in the room all night long and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel was outdated, couple things in my room were broken, for examples the curtains could not be opened because the chain or the track was broken and not working; one of the lightbulbs of the floor lamp was out. The hallway and the elevator have strong disinfectant odor which smell like a hospital.

No hot water for three days and the staff had no real answers ,Finally at checkout the MOD gave me a refund for one night..

Receptionist was nice

No hot water - something with the city but was told it would be back by morning and it wasn’t Room Was not serviced and was not able to get clean towels within the hour I needed them

Breakfast was adequate but poor selection of fruit, coffee in room was a good selection .

Entrance mats worn & need replaced. Bathroom floor massive broken tile & insufficient linnin, bath water could not be turned completely off. Room door inconvenient operation, lift & push to enter.

Breakfast was ok and the staff was great. It was also in close proximity to where I needed to be.

Less menacing homeless people, and cracked out prostitutes.

I wish I my stay was longer.

It was generally clean and well kept. There was a sign in our room verifying that Imelda had cleaned our room for us.

There were small items (eg, elevator button broken) or things that needed to be repaired. The amenities looked a little dated and/or small.

The breakfast were varied. The location for my needs was great. Beds very comfortable.

I discovered they only clean the rooms every four days. I had to request more clean towels and in room coffee cups and coffee since there was not any daily maid service. Desk had a broken lamp light switch, to the desk lamp was not useable.

They were getting remodeled doors were open to rooms it seemed strange to me.

2nd floor had just been flooded. No working pool.
