had to switch rooms due to broken toilet and clogged sink. Second room toilet wouldn’t flush but then drain 5 minutes later. Had to get someone to fix it. Went to take a shower and couldn’t get hot water. Hot water in sink but not shower.

My total bill should have been $183 I was chargerd $202. Not sure why?

The breakfast had lots of selection. The beds were comfortable. Not much else was good.

The hotel was very worn and aged. The TV didn't work. The service tech that came tried to fix but it was the TV that was broke and it couldn't be fixed. The Toilet was backing up. The exhuast vent in the bathroom didn't work.

The location is great, convenient to everything. The breakfast was very good and the staff member presenting the breakfast was super nice. The sitting room was very comfortable for eating breakfast by the front desk and the large television. The bed was cozy and the heating system worked very well. It was a cold night and I had no issues keeping warm. I enjoyed the in-room coffee maker, too.

The room was quite small and crowded. My biggest complaint is when taking a hot shower, the bathroom steamed up and everything was super damp, including the floor, which is a slipping hazard. There is no ventilation in the bathroom to take care of the steam. And lastly, the noise from other rooms was very noticeable. The first night I could hear someone else's television until 11 p.m. And on the second day, a group of soccer boys and their parents came and were running around and yelling all over the hallways and corridors. I was located on the first floor and they were banging beside me and above me. It was not a pleasant experience.

Hampton Inn is a brand that you can depend on. Great staff, spotless rooms, and great beds.

People in & out of the side door next to our room through the night. People smoking marijuana just outside the door. Not a very restful night.

Staff was Friendly, Rooms were Clean, Good Breakfast

Outlets didn’t Work, lamps were out, Toilet very low to the Ground which is hard for a disabled person

Bed sheets were stained and appeared to be worn. I've stayed @ Hamptons In the past, and this is not normal.
