Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms looked new and neat and clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had at an express hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Over booked. Lack of communication. Tried to reassign us to a terrible motel with a broken toilet in a bad part of town. Didn't try to get us into a hotel of equal or greater value. Did not try to communicate with us about the reassignment before hand, found out after driving 150 miles. Even though you get asked for an approx time you will arrive. Staff acted as if we were the problem for not accepting their offer. Housekeeping staff was great, friendly!

I found food in my microwave when I checked into the room, the second day when I got back from the office my bathroom door was locked, entryway in the back side on the east side of the hotel the door was absolutely loud when it shut, not cool at all door needs to be replaced.

The location was central to where we were going to visit with family.

They don't clean the rooms daily.

Good Location

Very Dirty Facility, floors were not vacuumed in common areas. The bed sheets in our room had stains.
