Staff was friendly and on point.

My room didnt have any body wash or conditioner. The bottles attached to the wall were empty. So we were annoyed house keeping wasnt on top of that. Nearly all of the bottles in the whole bathroom were empty. The pool door lock wasnt working properly. So couldnt use my room key to get in. Had to keep asking staff to let us in. Went to laundry room to throw wet clothes in the dryer. The driers were occupied with clothes that were already finished but we dont touch other peoples things and werent able to use the machines. The clothes were left behind for a long time. There should be some rule that u have to stay with ur clothes while they are drying so that u can remove them in a timely fashion so that other people can use them also. I travel a lot. Over all it was just an okay experience. I will not be coming back or recommending to my friends or co workers. Wasnt worth the money to be lacking in so much.

The breakfast was good, the waitress was very nice.

The staff at the front desk was really rude and overcharged us for a soda from the lobby area. We were charged $15 for a ginger ale.

The indoor pool was so warm! There were also super hot hot tubs both indoors and outdoors. The beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean and up to date. The TV had YouTube which my kids loved! The in room coffee was the best I've had, actually enjoyed drinking it.

I didn't like that at the front desk when I checked in I was told if I paid $15 for my breakfast buffet, then my kids would eat free but when I went to breakfast they wanted to charge me $20 for me kids eating a bite of a bagel. Really not cool! They need to be clear about these breakfast policies since nothing but parking is included in your stay.

The personnel at the hotel was not nice , I eat at the restaurant was so bad and have no idea about costumer the food was horrible Please tell you employees to be much better and be happy.
