We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful, gave us the run down and showed us where our room was located. We stayed in one of the two-story renovated rooms and everything is so nice and modern, just as pictured. The beds are very comfortable, shower is great, upstairs was a bit warm, but they have an AC unit that cools up the place in no time. The pool area is pleasant as well. Great location, quick drive to Falmouth’s Main Street and biking paths. Conveniently in front of super market and other shops. Regardless of being under construction, the place looked clean and organized. Overall we’d recommend, 10/10!!!

Late check-in was good, room was clean and well made up. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. It was hard to find ice. There was no one in the office when we check out, about 7 am. Television got very limited channels.

We liked that there was extra separate bedroom, a fridge, a couch. Clean and functional bathroom for our bedroom

we could not use the shower in the other bedroom as the shower door could not close, breakfast is very basic.

The Hotel was in a good location for us we are keen walkers covering between 8 and 10 miles every day. Most things were within walking distance for us.

All good absolutely no complaints and the team on duty were very friendly.

Everything was fine, but I especially appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Since Covid, my stays at other hotels in other cities have been far from pleasant.

Location was great near all the stores, walking distance to some great food. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room wasn’t clean. There were cut toenails from a previous guest still all over the floor, hair from a previous guest still on the floor. There were stains on the bedding.

Location was close to many businesses. Staff were courteous. Check in and out were easy. Room was large and bed comfortable. Nice sized fridge.

Getting in and out of parking lot was challenging. Room and lobby were dated. Mold noted under bathroom sink and dust on fan fins in bathroom. Lots of caulking around objects in bathroom. Window was dirty.

The breakfast was a little disappointing- there was a good variety but not the best quality (taste was so so). Paper plates and plastic cups also bring down the experience a notch. There were also no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

the locks on the building doors need some love. The room doors were fine but it was a struggle to get the card key to open the building door at the suite 108 side.

I liked the suite we had, which gave us 3 beds so we didn't have to share a bed. Breakfast was decent and pool looked nice and clean. I found the beds comfortable.

Our room was old and out dated, but i believe they are in the process of renovating the rooms. The jacuzzi tub upstairs had not been run in a while so brown water was coming out.

Recently renovated rooms very nicely done. Breakfast includes make your own Belgium waffles. Delicious! Enjoyed indoor pool.. This was our second year returning.

Our room was located in a detached building. Last year we were in the main building. Liked that better because I like using the indoor pool.

.my room and bathroom got flooded with toilet water. They offered me 25% of my next stay. FYI I'll never go back. Also the hot tub didnt work.not worth the money

Check-in was fast. room was in excellent condition. Safe battery was dead, taken care of immediately. Breakfast items were plentiful and good.

They were remodeling half of the floor we were on. Building materials in the hallway. Floor was covered in plastic. There was an empty grocery carriage in the hall outside our room the whole time we were there. Lock cards didn't work right. Won't stay there again.

Comfortable, cozy and clean. Excellent customer service. Breakfast included and plenty of onsite parking. Highly recommend!

I liked hot tub and that it was warm temperature in the pool. Breakfast was nice. Suprised to have it.

It was cold in the hallway next to pool and in breakfast area. Also ,fitness center was closed ,no word about it.
