Resort is conveniently located. Access in/out to the resorts was easy. Accommodation was adequate. Kitchen supplies made the stay convenient and comfortable.
The suite should have been ready for occupancy. The shower was inoperable when checked in. A piece of the handle to operate the bathroom shower was carefully left loose on a piece of face towel. Obviously the unit was not ready for use. We could not take shower until the plumbing was fixed the following day. The heating system was not working. Our first night was very uncomfortably cold. It was fixed the following day. One out of three nights of our stay was severely compromised.
