The location was beautiful and very convenient to get around!

The night shift bartender was rude on numerous occasions to multiple people Kimberly was her name.

Room was infested with roaches and dirty. Hidden fees. Did not comp me as the manager said he would.

The room is very disappointing for the price. Very Small, a terrible view for the $450+ per day. The mandatory valet parking of $40/day when all other properties around parking were free, plus the amount you have to walk to get into your room when you have parking spots right below your balcony, definitely made me unhappy, as it was never clear on the website this extra charge. The beach is convenient, if you don't wanna drive, but nothing different from the public beaches in terms of water and sand quality, all with lots of seaweed that makes look bad. As a private beach, they could clean up at least the sand. Don't see myself coming back. Not worth the money spent.

Accommodations and food were great! Service was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. We'd go back in an heart beat.

The accommodation was perfect, close to Duval Street. The hotel is very charming, has private access to the beach and a good size pool. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. I liked that while staying at the pool, a staff member passes by and hands out cold water or a cold snack. Really cute.

Unfortunately more than once we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Elevators didn't work. We were promised a $200 refund for not tidying the room. We didn't get them. The menu in the restaurant was very limited. The hotel bar closes very early. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and above the bed which frees you up. Parking costs a lot when it's part of the hotel and on the face of it seems unnecessary to demand. It is better if they include the parking in the room rate and give the feeling that the parking is free.

Location and staff are great, restaurant food was wonderful

The cleaning of the room wasn’t done properly. The cleaner used a smelly mop to clean the floor and it left a very bad smell in the room. They also neglected to clean the room on one of the days

Loved the beach access and the pool. The games are a bonus.

The restaurant was over priced. 2 hamburgers should not cost 50.00.

Excellent-the grounds, the service, the staff (everyone was sooo friendly and helpful!) the location, the room, the food. Good-the beach.

Could use improvement-the pool is very old, the elevator was broken, our bathroom sink had a very loud leak, housekeeping stopped by once during our 4 night stay. The “daily hotel charge” ($55 per day) covers all the things that should be included in the price of your stay.

We love staying at The Reach since it has it’s own private beach! Far enough from Duval St. but not too far.

The room was very nice. The concierge and restaurant staff were fantastic. The beach was beautiful and quiet.

Housekeeping. We didn't want our room cleaned every day but we did need clean towels and washcloths every day. We kept asking but only received them one day. Also, after the Housekeeper cleaned the only time we needed her, our bathroom floor was dirty and sandy.
