The indoor pool was very nice and clean.
Older rooms with carpet, very humid.

The area shops were close by and convenient. The staff were very pleasant. Beautiful view. The Beds were very comfortable.
There were some men near my daughters and granddaughters' room who were loud and very vulgar, It would have been convenient to have a microwave, especially for a child. The grass leading to the water was covered in bird poop, so it was difficulty walking to the chairs. The room needs new dressers, and the bathrooms needs remodeling.

The staff was extremely friendly and answered questions when asked. The location was convenient for my stay and enjoyed the heated pool. Linens and room was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. And loved the view. It was quiet and peaceful.
Did not like that the room didn't have any microwave. Had to go out of the room to warm up food. Wifi did not work. Helen's diner was not open for the season. So you had to go out a little further for breakfast. However, online it stated that it was open every day from 7am - 10 am. The lamps over the bed may need to be adjusted to another area.

It was wonderful that there was both an indoor and outdoor pool. The property was clean. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive. I liked the option of being able to ask for cleaning as opposed to having knocks at the door every day. when we asked for it the staff was responsive and efficient.the pool was clean with ample seating and pool towels available.
The room was advertised as being accessible with a roll in shower. instead there was a tub, that in theory could have been accessible for someone with transfer skills, required a very high step that I could not manage. The toilet and sink and the remainder of the room were accessible.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, & a really beautiful spot on the grounds to look out at the water. There is also a nice little place to get breakfast on site. Definitely would stay there again.

The location is great! The small river/ bay view from our rooms are beautiful. The outdoor pool was very clean.
It is very outdated and old, spider webs on the patio railing. But the worse was the indoor pool. It was so dirty that the water was green and the pool needs repair .

The location was great. The grounds and the pool were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Helen's restaurant was a great spot for breakfast.
Room #56 needs a lot of updates and repairs.The windows and some of the outlets would not work. The bathroom had a lot of black mold on the ceiling.
The family suite was situated on the Main street side which resulted in a lot of traffic noise.

It was a great little place. The AC was not set properly - too much humidity in the room, but other than that it was lovely! A great location and great staff!
