Cheap construction that wasn’t maintained. It was cold at night, and the heat that came from the wall unit, which was loud, dissipated as soon as the heater went off. We needed more blankets. The only lights were in the ceiling and they were way too bright. dimmer outdoor lighting would have been prepared.

No Breakfast provided. Stay was excellent. Room was comfortable and motel was at a convenient location.

Room needed a Larger coffee pot. We went and purchased a coffee pot so that we didn't have to travel to get coffee.

Not very clean, carpets were very dirty

The room was best described as grubby. The only light in the place was a single overhead ceiling light. Furniture looked like it had been purchased at goodwill.

The staff was nice and the curb appeal was good.

We expected a "motel" experience and new the rate was high because it was labor day weekend. Having said that the dead bolt on the entry door was broken off - splintered wood still showing. Someone had obviously broken into the room previous to our stay however it was not repaired. They also have a telephone on a table between the beds that is not attached to anything. I don't care about a phone in the room but why have it there? The bath towels were very old and small and we had to ask for more than two towels every day.

the grounds were very clean , the family that runs the hotel were the staff , they were great ...the rooms were comfy , will come back next year :)

just a few touch ups maintanance wise in the bathrooms would help

Broken toilet, spider webs in corner above the bed, way too bright lights outside the room, not enough towels, shampoo etc. We won't be coming back to this motel.

Location is nice. Front desk staff is amazing,very friendly and above and beyond helpful.

Small room with no view.. There are chairs and small table outside so you sit just in front of your parked car. But all is expected considering this is motel. It's ok if you are paying small price for your room.

Comfortable room. The pool was very nice and it was kept clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit on. Bed was very firm but comfortable. AC unit worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was peaceful the few days I was there. And the location was convenient, near many restaurants and several beaches. I'd definitely stay there again.

No microwave. I think every room needs one in addition to the small fridge provided.. And it would be better to have ductless AC instead of window units. The cold air blew directly on you and it blocked out a window. And ductless units are very quiet, window units aren't.

Location was great, nice pool.

bed was lopsided had to put pillow underneath mattress to level it.

Very nice hosts from the front desk up to house keeping. Very good location for all kinds of trips around Cape Cod!
