I like that the presentation and the room was clean

The excessive charge for pets especially a service dog

Location was close to the highway to work meetings. Very close to perimeter mall and many restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

It wasn’t the property I had concerns with. This was a very budget friendly hotel and the rooms and spaces were more than worth the money. I had an early flight, and got to the hotel about 10am. I understand checkin is at 4pm.. and was not expecting a room right upon arrival. I got there and was rudely told there were not rooms available (which was shocking because the parking lot was about 25% full.) I waited about an hour, asked again.. was told nothing was available. I asked if I could get a call or text when a room was available (& said I would take any room type.) I was told I would have to call the hotel, “and just keep calling” to find out when one would be ready. I left the hotel for a few hours, and called at 1:45pm.. and was STILL told there was not a single room ready. Check out is at 11am so I was baffled. All communication had been with the same woman, so I went to the hotel about 2:45 and was greeted by a very kind gentleman who quickly issued me a key (& waters and a cookie.) This woman should have some training on customer service and it should be looked into (if it was true) why there was not be a single room ready for checkin at 2pm.

The leaking AC unit, the broken shower handle, the dirty carpet, the creaky elevators, the roaches on the wall, I could go on all day.

Le drap taché de sang… certainement n’as pas été changé après le départ du précédent client, j’ai vu John Le réceptionniste qui m’as immédiatement changé de chambre.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Großer Parkplatz.

Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich: Eine Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine andere, die leider öfter da war, unfreundlich, unkooperativ und nicht hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot war für den Preis sehr dürftig.

I felt safe, the room was fine, the staff was nice. Location was alright. We were able to get to the downtown locations pretty quickly. There was plenty of close parking. For the price, it was great. Price was a big factor for me.

Housekeeping could have done a better job. The sliding door into the bathroom should have been cleaned. We had to ask for more toilet paper.

Breakfast Was Good , Nice &Quiet . Room Nice And Clean . No Smell ! I Will Be A Forever Guest , Price Was Good ! Gotta Pay For What You Want . Staff Very Friendly Also , Always Nice To Be Warmly Greeted!
