Room service Three times I asked them to clean my room and change the towels and sheets They did not

You can tell it needs some repairs even though it's been well cleaned and maintained by the staff

In the room we found a lot of dust. Also the room wasnt in the best conditions.

The last day about 9:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door. I was getting out of bed to go answer it and someone just walked in. I know check out wasn't until noon. So I was not happy but about that. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Definitely over priced though

Housekeeping just walking in my room. Didn't even give me time to get to the door.

The worker tried charging us an extra $80 when my room was already paid for and I had already paid the deposit.

Front desk clerk was great and moved us and the room was so much better. Decent rooms for price and one night stay.

Set up for breakfast was a little late. The pet designated room was dirty and had cigarette stains in sheets and pillows. Room also had smell to it.
