Staff were very friendly. Hospitality at its best.

I don’t have a single complaint.

Very clean, pretty rooms, nice pools, good location, great parking, good value.

Double beds are tiny. Food was absolutely terrible, barely edible and no taste.

Booking.com says the breakfast was 15.95$/adult but at the hotel there is no breakfast option, it’s a regular restaurant and the lowest cost meal is 12.95$ coffee not include and kids must pay. I try to ad this option to my reservation and the hotel isn’t collaborate. They sais "you made the reservation with booking.com you just have to call them". I call booking.com but after 1hour30 waiting on the phone I give up. And we take our breakfast in an OTHER restaurant in town…

the location and the staff. the two girls at the front desk were outstanding with their customer service. we were assigned a room by the pool but we could hear the pool filter system so they changed it

is wasn’t the room by the pool filter is that the room’s walls are paper thin. we had to call the front desk 3 times because our “neighbor” was blasting music. we couldn’t bathe because the bathtub was disgusting and was draining. We stay one night in our way to Nantcuket, definitely never again.

The rooms were decent size and had a desk which I like. They were clean and had a nicely renovated bathroom.

I didn’t like entrance number four at the back. It’s a very awkward, unappealing way to come into the hotel, and that is where we were sent to enter our room. It would’ve been better for them to have had us go in entrance number three.

The staff was wonderful.
